How it Works

Step 1- Complete a free online health assessment
An experienced medical provider will review the information provided by you in the health assessment to determine if GLP-1 therapy is right for
you.  Within 24 hrs you will receive a text message with the results of the assessment along with treatment recommendations.

Step 2- Select and purchase your medication
If GPL-1 therapy is considered appropriate and you wish to proceed, you will click the link on the message to purchase your medication based on the dosage recommended by your medical provider and the medication and quantity you prefer.  If you have additional questions and would like to speak with a medical provider before proceeding, you may also schedule a free video consult at that time as well.

Step 3- Watch your email for tracking information
Your medication ships directly from our FDA approved 503b pharmacy, typically the next business day. Because this medication should remain refrigerated, the pharmacy will only ship Monday through Thursday.  

Step 4- Begin using your medication
You will use your medication exactly as prescribed, following the instructions on the package label. For best results and to minimize side effects, injections should be done weekly.


Step 5- Maintain close communication with your provider
Communicate as often as needed with your medical provider to ask any questions or to clarify any concerns.  Your provider will also reach out to you through the month to check-in and see how you are doing!

Step 6- Reorder medications as needed

Thrive is not a membership service and does not auto-bill.  You should return to this website prior to injecting your last dose on hand to complete a medication refill request.  As with the initial assessment, your medical provider will review the responses provided by you on your refill request and will respond by text message within 24 hours with recommendations.  You may then click on the provided link to purchase your medications.  Please watch your email for tracking information provided by the pharmacy.
